Kinete is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, local taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
Kinete is not liable for products damaged or lost during the shipping process once they have left our facility.
Damaged Goods: If you receive your order in a damaged state, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please reach out to us at hello@kinete.shop within 48 hours so we can assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
Kinete is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address details.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
