We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at hello@kinete.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Personal Preference: For standard returns (such as change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or the incorrect product was received, Kinete will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@kinete.shop within 48 hours of delivery. This allows our team to evaluate the issue and process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Intimate apparel or swimwear.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift Cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing Time: Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account balance.
